The gateway that speaks every machine's language. By itself.
LinkEdge connects machines, sensors, PLCs and industrial systems to enterprise and cloud platforms — acquiring data in real time, processing it at the edge, and routing it securely to wherever it is needed.
The problem it removes.
Every plant is a museum of protocols. A 2019 CNC, a 2005 PLC, three brands of energy meter, a weighbridge with a serial port. Connecting them normally means weeks of custom integration engineering per machine type.
LinkEdge removes most of that: it detects the protocol on its own, converts it, and starts streaming. Our autonomous protocol detection is the subject of Indian patent application [202541089083].
What it does.
Real-time data acquisition
Reads live values directly from legacy machines, modern sensors, multi-brand PLCs, and energy meters via Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT.
Autonomous protocol detection
The gateway identifies what protocol is spoken on the port and configures itself dynamically. Commissioning takes hours, not weeks.
Edge processing and buffering
Filtering and data aggregation happen on the device. If connection fails, telemetry is stored locally and back-filled. You lose the connection, not the record.
Dynamic, secure routing
Simultaneously routes telemetry to LinkVision, your local SCADA system, or the cloud — encrypted end-to-end.
LinkEdge feeds your existing SCADA and MES just as happily as it feeds Link360. If you already have systems you trust, LinkEdge makes them better informed.
Built for the panel, not the desk.
Panel-mounted industrial hardware. Typical install takes 2–4 hours per panel during planned maintenance windows, commissioned by Calypsion engineers on site.
Bring us your oldest machine. We'll connect it.
A one-hour walkthrough at your site. We'll point at real machines and tell you exactly what we'd measure, what it costs, and what it saves. No slide deck.
